The Automated Pigment Delivery System (APD) is a revolutionary new way to identify your research animals using the AIMS™ tattooing process. The APD system pumps tattoo pigment to the needle tip eliminating the need to dip your needle tip into the pigment. This results in faster tattooing and darker tattoos due to the continuous pumping action. The APD system can be added to the ATS-3 or ATS-3L tattoo systems at the time of purchase or any time after your initial purchase.
